2 months old!

Avery Laikyn is 2 months old! How did this happen? Wasn't it just last week she was born? I know, I have said the same thing before but I swear she is rushing this whole growing up thing! She is such a joy in our lives. She is starting to talk to us. She does her little coo's and she is still working really hard to get some conversation going with us. And let me tell you about our little smiley girl! She is full of them! They are the sweetest little smiles too! And boy she gives us some big ol' grins with dimples showing and everything! Our baby girl has become quite the little chunky monkey! At last weeks dr. appointment she weighed in at 11 lb 3 1/4 oz and measured 22 inches! She won't have her official 2 month well baby check up until Sept. 5th because the naval clinic is running short on doctors right now. (I am hoping to use this to our advantage and see if they will accept a waiver for her to see a civilian pediatrician.) Anyways we did a "Tea with lots of extra sugar" photo session with her today to mark her 2-month-day. Here's our little sugar lump! (or should I say "sugar chunk"?:0) Enjoy!
