We found a house!

We have spent much of the week house hunting in the Pensacola area. The first house we saw was a 4 bed 2 bath just under 1900 sq ft and sitting on just under 1/2 acre. We didn't want to settle on the first thing we saw so we spent the entire next day viewing tons of homes (with Garrett in tow... poor little guy was such a trooper!) We did see two other homes that we really liked, but when we asked to see this house again before we called it a day we both knew it was the one! So we put in a bid and within an hour and a half our offer was accepted! So we traveled today to Pensacola to sign away our lives (and possibly our first born... I am gonna have to check on that!) The house is located in Pace which is a growing "suburb" of Pensacola. By living in Pace we will be saving greatly on insurance and the commute won't be too long for Brandon! The beaches are not so far away. They are not as close as if we lived in Pcola but a little drive never scared me! Please keep the sale of our home in Slidell in your prayers. The purchase of the house in Pace is contingent on us selling our slidell house! We hope to know by the 4th if it will go through on May 21st! And if it does we will be closing on this house on or before May 25th! Brandon would like to invite you all now to a fence building and interior painting party! (The walls are way too white for us!) :0)
