3 Months Old!

Oh what fun 3 months is! Avery continues to grow like a weed and has changed so much already. Just in the last couple of weeks she has starting doing all sorts of things and really evolving into her own little person! She is such a happy smiley baby which makes for happy smiley parents. She is talking and cooing up a storm and just last night I got her so excited that she giggled on her own! (Of course trying to get her to do it again has been unsuccessful! Yes, I have even tickled her in my attempts. hee hee!) She is squealing up a storm as well and gets very excited especially when Daddy is talking to her or if she sees her linkadoo toys. She bats her arms and kicks her legs and her entire body gets into it! She is definitely a wiggle worm! Avery hasn't quite mastered the steady head and neck yet but she's improving everyday! She absolutely hates tummy time. She will go for it for about a minute before she lets us know that she has had enough thankyouverymuch! Her eyelashes are getting so very long and they are just gorgeous! She is also beginning to lose her hair in the back, well in the front too. (It's some sort of new hair do all the babies seem to be sporting these days! It's all the rage!) She is a complete and total flirt. She will stop nursing to coo and talk and smile at mommy! This makes for some long nursing sessions but its so worth it! She gets so tickled when we get her to smile! Something else she puts her entire body into! Her smiles will brighten anybody's day! She also will stop nursing to listen to her big brother talking and to hear what's going on. She is really taking in everything! She loves to be walked around so she can see the sights! Just a stroll through the house has her really fascinated! Avery is an outdoors girl for sure! And thankfully its cooled off just a touch so we can sit in the grass and enjoy being outside! She is discovering the world one day at a time and she is happy and healthy and we couldn't ask for more! We have been blessed! But oh my goodness... SHE'S THREE MONTHS OLD!!!!!!!!!
